Who Holds Who?
First, Hamas was designated as a terror organization because it 'illegally' fought the Israeli opression machine. Then Israel started holding off the funds that were coming in by the EU until the 'situation' calmed down. And even the fact still stands that Hamas was elected by the people for the people in the last Palestinian presidential elections, they were still not recognized by the USA.
And now, ever since the Mecca agreement to form a joint unity government that consisted of both Hamas and Fatah leaders, the USA and the state of 'Israel' is now threatening to boycott the new unity unless the newly formed government 'recognizes the quartet's demands to form peace with Israel'.
Fact: None of the GCC countries recognize the state Israel ever since it's formation by the UN.
Fact: Hamas does not recognize the state of Israel because of it's violent and agressive oppression on the Palestinian people even since it invaded the occupied land.
Fact: The USA has told Israeli PM Olmert to withhold any talks with the Syrian side regarding the Jolan Heights to end the Israeli occupation in that area.
So, the question is here: Who holds who under their thumb?

Because it refuses to this day to acknowledge Isreal as a state even though the United Nations does...
I don't want to get into an argument but... This so called non state of Israel holds more patents and Nobel prizes per capita than all Arab states combined. Could this be part of the problem?

Israel was acknowledged as a state in the Middle East by force and through the UN of which all the countries agreed to it being part of that region EXCEPT some of the Arab countries and the entire GCC region apart with exception of Qatar.
And who gives 2 sh!ts about how many noble prizes and patents that 'Israel' holds? The fact is it is a state held upon false beliefs based upon Zionic lies.
Could the answer be that the 'state of Israel' itself is an entire lie? Hmmm..
I like the journal, but I have to comment on this...
I am not Jewish, and I am not Muslim. I am at most a half-assed Christian, and not a good one.
But, Israel deserves to exist. Think of it this way: If you were a 15 year-old Israeli, and someone told you to go home, where would you go?
Besides, those areas we lost during several wars, which as in war - the spoils go to the victors...which is the way it's always been.
While I dont think the Palestinian situation is good, let us not forget that most Arab governments are not willing to take them in. This speaks volumes.
By the way, there is no big conspiracy to keep the Arab down in the US, I know this, I live here. (There are so many Arabs here, I wonder if there are any left over there....)
The truth is, most Americans dont care one way or the other. This is why we only buy 15% of our oil from your area now. We love Canadians and their oil. They don't blow themselves up in shopping malls.
You would be surprised how compassionate our people can be. But when we see bombs over and over, (And lets face it, never direct at military it seems. It takes real courage to kill kids and old ladies.) it is really hard for us to care.
The prevailing opinion seems to be "Why bother?" They will all eventually kill each other anyways.
